Happiness is Contagious!

I am well aware that we are all connected and that our moods and ways of being directly impact the people around us. Nevertheless, I was intrigued with a recent article I read that the contagiousness of happiness was actually proven in a recent study done by Harvard Medical School and the University of California, San Diego. Apparently, happiness spreads like a virus – it influences our attitudes and yes, we can have the same impact on others!

I wonder if this works in the reverse with negative attitudes? Hmmm…. so, for today, let’s be a little more aware of how we’re affecting others. And even if we notice someone’s negative attitude spreading like wildfire around us – let’s CHOOSE to be the predominant INFLUENCE in the situation by spreading the happiness around us. You’ll feel better, and so will those around us…

(P.S. Let me know how your experiment goes, I’d like to collect my own research & stories!)
