OneWorld Now Student-led “Get Global” Conference

I’m at the OWN Get Global conference. These high school students have been working for months to organize this conference and today is the big event! I have been so impressed with these student-led workshops tackling deep issues regarding human trafficking, immigration, e-waste and global diplomacy. These US high school students (who have been studying Chinese and Arabic all year) have put their leadership skills to use in a very powerful and inspiring way! I feel blessed to work with these young leaders. Here are some video clips from the day:
